Description
This gold on black, cotton or cotton blend caftan, features embroidered outlines on hand painted patterns of dots, flowers, and diamond shapes; to cover the entire front of the kaftan. The embroidery is beautifully done in black and gold metallic thread, with a heavier concentration on the bottom portion of the caftan. I added a couple of photos of the reverse side. The back of the caftan is plain. The only label is a small one with S. It is most likely made in India. It measures shoulder to shoulder 18″ sleeve length 22″ and overall length is 55 1/2″. It is in excellent condition.
