This rich teal blue velvet dress and jacket, features a wiggle dress, with a fitted waist, and pleats at the hip. The skirt does not have a kick pleat, which is why it is called a wiggle dress. The bottom of the dress is the same measurement as the hips. The skirt of the dress is lined, as well as part of the top. It has a metal back zip closure, and bra keepers. Estimated size 4. It measures bust 34″ waist 24″ hips 36″ and length 33″. The jacket is fitted, fully lined, and features covered buttons, and a rounded collar. It measures shoulder to shoulder 16″, sleeve length 15 1/2″ bust 36″ waist 28″ and length 16″. The dress has no labels. The condition is very good.
