Description
This 1970’s Pantel dress with black on black hand embroidered ruffles, can be worn strapless, or with ribbon straps that are attached to the dress, and can be tucked inside. It has a 6″ embroidered ruffle at the top and a 7″ wide ruffle at the bottom. There is a Canadian Union label and Size 7. It does not have a zipper, just slips on over your head. The top is elastic, with another elastic under the bust. The fabric is labelled polyester 100%. The dress is fully lined in a black synthetic fabric. It stretches to bust 34″ waist and hips free and length is 37″. It is in excellent condition. Made in Montreal.
