Description
This jacket is a uniquely attractive, and a professionally designed work of art. It consists of well over a hundred pieces of leather 3″ x 4″ diamond shapes that have been expertly crocheted and stitched together. The back of the jacket has all black embossed leather diamond shapes, and the front alternates between black and white diamonds. It has small silver buttons with looped closures. The sleeves are wide raglan style, and the bottom has a layer of matching crochet. The sleeves measure 22″ from the neckline. Bust is 54″ due to the raglan sleeves. The waist is 32″ with stretch. The condition is good. It is unlined. There is a visible ink mark on one of the patches inside the jacket, but it does not show on the outside. As with most vintage items, there are some minor flaws – but overall it is a very beautiful and wearable vintage piece. There are no labels.
