Description
This empire waist classic 60’s dress is a warm off-white colour, made of a nicely draping crepe fabric. It is fully lined with an acetate fabric. It features a mix of contrasting coloured micro beading, white dangling beads, small oblong beads, and luminescent clear beads on the bodice, both on the front and on the back. All beading is intact. The dress was professionally custom made, and has no labels.
It measures Bust 36″ (91.5 cm) Waist is empire and measures 32″ (81.2 cm) Hips 40-42″ (101.6 -106.7 cm) Arm holes 14″ (35.6 cm) Length from centre back 42″ (106.7). It has an 11″ kick pleat at the back. The zipper is nylon, and is 16″ (40.6 cm.) long with two hook closures.
The dress is designed to subtly enhance the figure from the embellished empire waist, with a bit of room flowing down along the hips. The dress has some weight to it, which makes it drape well.
It is in good condition.
