Description
Mid-Century hand painted temple jar featuring a peacock, flowers and foliage, with gold gilded outlines, and gold on the lid and base. It measures 9″ high with a 2.25″ opening. The bottom has a red maker’s mark and a Made in Japan sticker. It is likely made in the 1970’s or early 1980’s. It is in very good condition with no signs of damage. The painted image is on one side. The back is unpainted.
