This gorgeous hand turned wood vase is from a wood called Jarrah, which is the eucalyptus marginata tree unique to Australia. Jarrah is the name given to it by the Indigenous people of Australia. The tree grows to 40 metres tall yielding flowers, fruit and a beautiful wood that is used in cabinets and other household decor. This artisan hand turned piece has been made to feature the natural beauty of this wood. It measures 8″ H x 3.5″ W. The diameter across the top is 2.35″. The lower portion features a natural hole in the wood that goes right through from front to back. The bottom has the artisan’s name, as well as the type of wood.
