Description
This large, copper coloured, 1950’s hand beaded evening bag, features solid beadwork, front and back, with tiny beads. Elongated beads are used to create the pattern, and catch the light. The frame is gold tone, with a gold tone chain handle, and an ornate art nouveau clasp, featuring open work, gold tone metal, in a floral motif. It opens to a fawn coloured interior, with two open side pockets. The label inside reads, Made in Hong Kong. It measures 9″ wide x 8″ high, with a handle drop of 5 1/2″. The condition is excellent.
