Description
This unique dress could be from the twenties, as it has the stencilled, faux drop waist, and no zippers or closures. Like most 1920’s dresses, it slips on over the head. I have labeled it early 1930’s because the side ties and design of the waist, with side pleats and pockets, leans more toward the thirties. The fabric is a rayon cotton blend with a dot pattern in green, and the stencilling around the lower part. Similar to the ombre hues from dark to light, the style is transitional between the decades. It has been professionally made, with no labels. The condition is very good.
