Description
This little black dress from the sixties, features a bodice gathered at the neckline in the front, and a deep U shape in the back. It has two large panels on the skirt, one on each side, wrapping around to the back. It gives the skirt an additional layer to add flare. The neckline is gathered and joined in points at the shoulders. The dress is fully lined. There is a metal back zipper and single hook closure. It is professionally made with a Canadian Union label on an inside seam. Estimated size 8. It measures bust 36″ waist 29″ hips 40″ length from centre back is 30″ and from the front 37″. It is in very good condition, except it was missing the original belt, which has been replaced with a belt of the same era of the dress. Made in Canada.
