This Betsey Johnson dress has a wide neckline, with long sleeves, a drop waist, and flounces at the bottom. The ruffles alternate between a net fabric, and plain, for a total of six. The fabric content is rayon, stretch nylon and spandex. It has no zipper or buttons, but slips over your head. Size small on label. It is stretchy, and measures sleeve length 19″ bust 32-34″ waist 28-32″ hips 34″ and length 32″. It is lined. The condition is excellent. Made in USA.
