Description
Frank Usher cobalt blue dress with flounces at the bottom and on the shoulders. This dress was designed without the 1980’s style shoulder pads. The emphasis was added to the shoulders using ruffles instead. The fabric is polyester 100% It is unlined. The sleeves have a single small blue button on each cuff. The back has a plastic zipper and a hook closure at the top. Size 8 on label. It measures sleeve length 22″ bust 34″ waist 32″ hips 36″ and length from centre back is 42″. The layered flounce on the bottom measures 12″. It is in excellent condition. Made in Great Britain.
