This unique Henri Bendel by Catherine Regehr cocktail dress, is black velvet on top, featuring white, faux feather trim around the neckline and cuffs. The skirt is short and flared, with a layer of tulle, underneath it, to increase the volume. The top is lined in black. Size small on label. Estimated size 8. It measures shoulder to shoulder 16″ sleeve length 23″ bust 36″ waist 28″ hips free and length is 32 1/2″. It is in excellent condition. Made in Canada.
