Description
This janice bell coat dress from Kensington Palace in London, is made of an unlined black cotton velvet, with a large lace collar, and lace insets on the sleeves. The sleeves balloon out from the shoulders, with rows of lace and ribbon along them, narrowing at the wrist with velvet, two button cuffs. The dress has black buttons all the way down the front, and ties with a ribbon at the neck. The front and back have several darts, creating a smock like effect. It is a large free size, measuring bust 44″ sleeve length 23″ and length from centre back is 47″. It is in very good condition, happily with all of the buttons, and no issues. It does not have a fabric content label.
