Description
Victor Costa ball gown, with a black velvet top, a basque waistline, and a full, jacquard gold lame skirt. The top is lined and boned. The sleeves are given volume at the shoulders, with netting, as opposed to shoulder pads. The skirt has layers of stiff tulle underneath, to give it volume. The fabric is synthetic, listed as acrylic, rayon, metallic. Estimated size 12-14. It measures bust 38″ waist 32″ sleeve length 26″ hips free, and length 44″. The length of the skirt from the waist is 36″. The condition is excellent. Made in USA.
