Description
This saucy velvet hat is a rich mantis green colour. Although it is without a label, it is professionally made and definitely unique. The brim has rows of stitches, upturned and attached to the hat on one side. There is a flat velvet bow accent. It measures 7″ in diameter. The condition is very good.
