Description
These lovely antique Coro earrings feature emerald green foil backed Austrian Swarovski crystals in a gold tone setting. The stones remain clear and brilliant, in spite of the fact they are more than 75 years old. Some people consider that an item is antique once it is 100 years old, and others claim 75 years is the timeline. I go with 75 years, so these fall into the antique category. They are signed Coro on the backs of the screw backs in script with no copyright symbol. They are also signed on the side of the back of each earring. There is another line engraved on the back, which makes me query if they are sterling silver, however I cannot make out the exact imprint. They measure 1.5″ x .75″ and are in very good condition. They are exceptionally well crafted.
