Description
This solid metal, exceptionally well crafted open link art deco collar necklace measures 14.25″. It has a hook clasp and an extra length of chain with a bead on the end. In researching this necklace, I came across a Jakob Bengel bracelet in the same style, as well as a necklace with the same style of links and joiners, which attributes this necklace to Jakob Bengel and dates it to the late 1930’s.
Most Jakob Bengel jewelry was not signed, and is identified based on the design and workmanship. This necklace was made by a master craftsman, and is in excellent condition.
