This vintage yellow egg yolk yellow amber sterling silver ring is a size 6. The amber cabochon measures 2 cm. x 1.1 cm. It is hallmarked 925. This type of amber is typically from Latvia. It came from the estate of an elderly woman in Vancouver who collected, and sold vintage jewelry for fifty to sixty years. She did not buy new, therefore it is difficult to determine the age and origin of some of the pieces.
