This rhinestone tie shaped necklace is a great accessory to glitz up any outfit for a night out, and would look especially good on black. It is a well made piece, featuring rows upon rows of prong set clear rhinestones. The tie portion measures 11″ in length and is 2″ wide at the top, which is the widest portion. The necklace portion is also adorned with clear rhinestones and measures 17″. It is in excellent condition.
