It features a slim French romantic silhouette on the top with two dramatic flounces trimmed in 2″ wide black velvet ribbon. The bottom flounce has a very wide 50″ sweep, almost full circle. It is lined in black, and has a side zipper and button closure. Fabric content is 50% wool 50% polyester. Size 40 on label.
