Cropped dressy black top with beaded tassels on the front. This blouse is made of satin and lace, with a western flair. The lace and trim is in the shoulder area with gold beads on the front that are strung into the tassels. The front has a tie at the waist. The sleeves are sheer with satin, single buttoned cuffs. It is a size medium. It measures sleeve length 23″, bust 36″, waist 30″ and length from centre back is 18″. Made in the USA. The condition is excellent.
