Description
This late sixties or early seventies coat has many features. It has a removable hood fastened with two clear buttons. The buttons down the front are two tone to match the fabric content. There are two matching buttons on the bottom of the sleeves. There is a snal closure button at the neckline for blustery days. The front, back, and collar feature a contrasting darker brown coiled piping in a figure flattering V shape toward the waistline. The skirt portion flares out in an A-line style with a generous sweep. It has a Jill Jr. label inside, and a faded American Union label along with a tag with a number. The lining is a light tan synthetic material. It has no fabric labels, but is a wool blend based on the weave. It has a 56″ long, 1.75″ wide belt held in place with loops. It also has lined slash pockets on each side.
It is estimated to be a CAD size 6-8. It measures shoulder to shoulder seam 16″. Bust 34″ Waist at the seam under the belt 28″. Hips 38″-40″. Sleeve length from the shoulder seam is 22″. The bottom sweep measures 84″. The length from the seam below the collar centre back is 45″. The condition is very good to excellent. Estimated to fit a person who is 5’3″-5’6″ with a slender build.
