It measures waist 25″ hips 34″ length 21″. The top measures bust 34″ waist 32″ and hips 34″. The top has a V shaped attachment that is lined underneath with ivory acetate. The fabric is not identified. It is a viscose like, very smooth fabric with alternating stripes. Can be hand washed. Made in USA.
